1. THOSE GOOD ANTIOXIDANTS
MMMMMMmmmmm... that's a winner for ya. Hibiscus is known (<----) to have 2x more antioxidants than green tea and pomegranate juice. That is a lot of antioxidants. What are those little anties good for? Well, they're known (AHEM cough) to be good for skin health, hair health and...
2. LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE
Yes! Antioxidants are good for lowering blood pressure. Chilling you out and lowering the devil of stress: cortisol. Again we aren't scientists, but these guys are and they did a comprehensive study that showed that there are measurable effects for hibiscus on blood pressure reduction. Love that.
3. MAY HELP LOWER FAT LEVELS
Keyword is may. We just wanna be upfront. It MAY help lower fat levels. There have been studies on this. But we didn't conduct them. But! Those studies did show some promising results around lowering cortisol levels, which, I know, I know, we mentioned before. But important to know that cortisol levels do have effects on how our body processes fats.
4. LIVER HEALTH
Oh wow, I mean we know hibiscus is an amazing drink for hangovers, but it's known to be good for livers too? That's some craziness. Basically there was a study that showed it reduced some fat levels in the liver. We love a good study.

It has no additives and is organic and all that good stuff. You don't need to be told to drink something because it does x or y. Hydration is good enough! How to drink it? However you like loves. It's a wonderful mixer, but friends who don't drink have told us it's a wonderful non-alc alternative. Friends who do drink also like it the morning after. Other friends like it after workouts! However you have fun. We hope to be there. And we'll do our best to practice...
