1. THOSE GOOD ANTIOXIDANTS
MMMMMMmmmmm... that's a winner for ya. Hibiscus is known (<----) to have 2x more antioxidants than green tea and pomegranate juice. That is a lot of antioxidants. What are those little anties good for? Well, they're known (AHEM cough) to be good for skin health, hair health and...
2. LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE
Yes! Antioxidants are good for lowering blood pressure. Chilling you out and lowering the devil of stress: cortisol. Again we aren't scientists, but these guys are and they did a comprehensive study that showed that there are measurable effects for hibiscus on blood pressure reduction. Love that.

It's a wonderful mixer, but friends who don't drink have told us it's a wonderful non-alc alternative. Friends who do drink also like it the morning after. Other friends like it after workouts! However you have fun. We hope to be there. And we'll do our best to practice...
